HAPPY NEW YEAR!!
I wanted to change up my usual posts with a more personal one.
How was everyone’s holiday?
For Christmas, we had 2 dinners. At my in-laws, I had a delicious turkey and ham feast and at our house, we hosted 16 family members with a scrumptious prime rib roast with several sides. My family has been bugging me to post my recipes, so I will do that over the next few weeks. Stay tuned!
I know with resolutions, people can make them any time during the year. I like the idea of reflecting on the previous year and creating goals for the New Year. It’s a chance for a new beginning and starting from a clean slate.
What to expect from Mary’s Happy Belly this year?
As busy as life is, I love to share my food world with you, so you will continue to see regular content. I will be on maternity leave for most of this year and will doing lots of cooking. Get ready for tons of mouth-watering recipes.
I don’t foresee much travelling this year, so there will be little travel content but I will continue to showcase food events and restaurant reviews.
